- Our laundry and dry-cleaning services are available for individual retail customers, hotels, resorts, spas, and industrial clients.
- By placing an order, you confirm that the items belong to you or that you have authority to submit them for cleaning.
- We reserve the right to refuse service for items that may pose health, safety, or operational risks.
- Pickup and delivery timings are scheduled as per your chosen slot and are subject to traffic and operational conditions.
- Delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances; however, we will keep you informed.
- Customers are responsible for ensuring someone is available at the pickup and delivery address.
- We follow industry-standard processes for washing, dry-cleaning, and pressing.
- While utmost care is taken, LaunBreeze is not liable for:
- Normal wear and tear (e.g., fading, shrinkage, or minor damage).
- Pre-existing damage, loose buttons, or weak fabrics.
- Items without care labels or with unclear instructions.
- Any claims for damage must be reported within 24 hours of delivery.
All prices are displayed on our website/app or communicated in advance.
Payments can be made via cash, UPI, card, or other approved methods.
Orders will only be delivered after full payment is received.
- Orders can be cancelled before pickup without any charge.
- Once processing has started, cancellations or refunds are not possible.
- In case of service failure attributable to us, a refund or service credit may be provided at our discretion.
- Our liability for any garment shall not exceed 5 times the service charge of that item or ₹2000, whichever is lower.
- We are not responsible for valuables left in clothing pockets.
- Customer data (name, contact, address, order history) is collected only for service purposes.
- We do not share your personal information with third parties without consent, except as required by law.
LaunBreeze reserves the right to update or modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. Updates will be posted on our website/app and will be effective immediately.
